Return and Exchange Terms
Product Return and Exchange Conditions;
If you want to return or change the products you ordered after receiving them,

You can return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The cargo you send us with the return period exceeding 7 days will be returned to you with counter payment. The change is made only once, no second time, and no refund is made once the change is made.

This period is 24 hours for evening dress products and shoes, and there is no change or change for products under 20 TL.

Our shawls, scarves, bonnets and hijab swimwear models are not accepted and exchanged for hygiene reasons.

The products you send for return must be unused, not contaminated, altered, unwashed, and must be re-salable.

When sending your return, send the products complete and undamaged in the original box, packaging, accessories and gift, if any.

When sending the return or exchange products, you must write the return request form on your invoice, your 24-digit Iban Number, the name and surname of the Iban owner, the model number, model color and size you want to change, and send it to us in the cargo you send us.

If you send your return to the MNG cargo company that brought your order to you with the return code 502 273 800, you can send your return to us free of charge. You can send your cargo free of charge in the same way as MNG Cargo while you send the products to us. While your product is exchanged and sent to you from us, the cargo is sent to the buyer.

If you want to send the products with the cargo company we do not have an agreement with, you have to pay the shipping fee. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and will be sent to you.

After sending your return to the cargo, keep your shipment tracking code from the cargo company. If necessary, you may be asked.

After the product is received, your return / exchange process is completed within 14 days at the latest. If you have requested a product replacement and the product is available, our customer representatives will contact you and give your exchange product to the cargo after you provide information. If the product is not available, you can choose another product by informing you or you can request a refund.

Refunds will be made to the card you made the transaction for your purchases made by debit / credit card.

For orders you place with payment at the door, you must fill in the return request form on your invoice and return your IBAN number (the 24-digit number starting with TR) and the name and surname of the IBAN holder.


What to do if the Incoming Product is defective, faulty or defective



While the products you ordered are being packaged, they are subjected to quality control. However, in some products, you may have encountered fabric or sewing errors caused by the manufacturer. In such cases, if you send the product you have bought to us within the return period (7 days), your change will be made according to your request after the necessary control is provided.
